Once you receive the returned shipping label:
Print the shipping label.
If possible, please carefully place the item into the original package. If not, we ask you to be careful to provide liners / mats for the item. This is very important because you will not receive a refund if the returned product is damaged.
Stick the return label firmly on the box.
If using the original packaging, put the return label on the first shipping label.
Send the package to the local post office for processing.
After you start the return process between one of our customer service representatives, we will wait for the goods to be sent back and checked. After the goods are returned, we will inform you whether the refund is approved. Once approved, the order refund will be made in accordance with the original payment method.
Please note that a refund may take some time as we can only refund after receiving and checking the urn. Our policy is that we must examine every returned item to ensure that it is intact. If your good is damaged or defective upon delivery, we are happy to replace it with the same good. For items (with acceptable shape / texture variation), we cannot provide a replacement. Please call 86 191 2872 9227 or email to guiyi_wanmei@163.com to initiate a replacement.
Please note that you are responsible to pay the freight of returning the goods to us. We will provide you with printed and returned labels and we will refund on the original order amount.
